Product Description
Genuine Husqvarna replacement switch assembly, commonly called the switch cord, for compatible Automower® AWD models. Located in the centre console assembly, it is associated with the mower’s switch cord and lift-detection functions.
Suitable for replacing a diagnosed faulty or damaged assembly. Part number 592944002 replaces the earlier 592944001.
Common Reasons for Replacement
-
Confirmed switch cord failure: Replace the assembly when testing identifies an electrical fault within it.
-
Persistent “Switch cord problem” warning: If the warning returns after restarting, the assembly and its connections may require inspection.
-
Repeated unexplained lift warnings: A faulty switch cord may be involved, but blockages and other lift-system faults must be ruled out first.
-
Physical damage: Replacement may be required if inspection identifies damage to the assembly or its wiring.
These symptoms do not confirm that this part needs replacing. Have persistent faults diagnosed before ordering.
