We ship Australia-wide from Brisbane, Queensland.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • South East QLD: 1–3 business days
  • Metro areas (Australia-wide): 2–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
For large or bulky items (such as robotic mowers), shipping may vary.


Authority to Leave

By default, deliveries may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them.
If you would prefer a signature on delivery, please let us know when placing your order.


Installations & Local Services

For customers in South East Queensland, we offer professional installation services.
Shipping of products and installation are treated separately unless otherwise agreed.


Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, peak periods). We are not liable for delays once an item has been dispatched.


Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@ezpzmowing.com.au as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
